This is a plain-language summary published ahead of a reviewed legal document. It describes what the product actually does today.
What we provide
A hosted multi-tenant restaurant management system, on the plan you select, with the branch, user, device and order limits that plan states.
Billing
Charged per branch, on the plan and billing interval agreed when your workspace is set up. Changing plan takes effect on the next cycle.
Trial
Where a trial is agreed, it runs for the period stated when your workspace is created. Everything entered during it carries over if you subscribe.
If a payment fails
Reporting and administration are restricted first. The POS is the last capability ever limited, and cash sales are never blocked mid-day. We will not stop you trading over an invoice.
Your data is yours
You own the records your business creates. We hold them to run the service, and you can export them whenever you like.
Fair use
Don't use the service to break the law, and don't attempt to reach another tenant's data. Both end the arrangement.
